Recently over one hundred well-known China experts in America, mostly American scholars, former diplomats and military officials, and business leaders wrote an open letter to President Trump and members of Congress, titled “China is not an enemy”, claiming that making China a U.S. enemy is counterproductive. I should say these over 100 “experts” are either too naïve or simply purchased crooks from Chinese government. It is true that “China is not an enemy”, but the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Chinese government and Chinese people it controls are. Here is one piece of evidence suggesting they are enemies of the world.
The National Intelligence Law of the People's Republic of China came into force on June 28, 2017. The law’s Article 10 reads: “The state intelligence work agencies shall use the necessary methods, means and channels to carry out intelligence work at home and abroad according to their work needs.”
Article 14: “The state intelligence work organization shall carry out intelligence work according to law, and may require relevant organs, organizations and citizens to provide necessary support, assistance and cooperation.”
Article 7: “Any organization or citizen shall support, assist and cooperate with the state intelligence work in accordance with the law,” and keep confidential the national intelligence work that it or he knows.
What this law means is that ANY Chinese oversea companies can be spy companies and ANY oversea Chinese can be spies, per Chinese National Intelligence Law.
You heard of the Huawei Ban and probably asked why? This law is the why. The African Union headquarters in the Addis Ababa crisis shows this. The headquarters, built by China, was bugged. Also, Chinese-supplied computers provided to the headquarters routinely sent data covertly to China - Huawei was the primary supplier of information and communications technology. This and the arrest of a Huawei employee in Poland for spying are only the tip of the iceberg.
For all American companies who have business with ANY Chinese companies, you now should have realized, you are inviting thieves into your business. Your intellectual property is the Chinese government’s “national intelligence work”. Your Chinese partners are all forced to be spies. They cannot even protect themselves, so don’t dream that you can count on them to protect you. The only thing you can do to avoid having your intellectual property stolen is to cut all your ties with Chinese companies.
As a naturalized American originally from China, I always feel desperate when I think about Chinese people. Most of them are brainwashed and cannot tell right and wrong. In such a situation, they become thieves stealing from the whole world. As I always warn you, China, Chinese government and Chinese people are all controlled by Chinese Communist Party. The Chinese Communist party is a group of robbers, con artists and liars. It is the biggest terrorist organization on earth. These lawless bandits use force to rob the whole country’s resources and enslave more than 1.3 billion people. They control the education system and propaganda system so that they can brainwash the Chinese people. Most Chinese people believe that government has all power and all right to do whatever it wants. Except for the government’s mercy, the people have no rights. This is why when the Chinese state intelligence work agencies come to any Chinese, most of them will “support, assist and cooperate with the state intelligence work” -- they will become spies for sure.
Even for those among us who have already become permanent residents of countries with higher civilization, China still casts a long shadow. I include a video here to help you better understand people who emigrate from China.

This is an excerpt from an overseas Chinese self-media host’s interview with professor Arthur Waldron, the Lauder Professor of International Relations in the Department of History at the University of Pennsylvania (the original interview is here starting at 35:23).
During the interview, the host asked the professor to comment on Huawei. At this point, the professor’s Chinese wife intervened and stopped the interview. The last exchanges are like this:
|
|
The reason the wife gave is “we scared, there are a lot people got persecuted”. This reminded the professor of many cases of persecution by the long arm of communist China involving his colleagues or acquaintances. Professor Waldron finally agreed with his wife: “My wife is right.” we have a lot of cases (translated as "We have so many examples of people getting hurt" in the video). The he said, “Thanks and bye” and cut off the interview.
The first time I watch this interview, tears in my eyes. That is exactly how mainland China-background people react to the Chinese government. For this lady, she married a U.S. university professor, who researches China. Making comments on China is his job. But usually the audience for his researches is American. It is safe. But this interview is different – the interview is in Chinese. The audience is Chinese! That is a whole different story. The Chinese government may notice this interview. If anything seems wrong to the Chinese government, that may cost her husband’s career and ruin their life. I can fully understand his wife’s reaction. The almost one hundred million deaths caused by the CCP are real. The chilly terror created by that illegal regime is real. This is also the reason I dare not show my real name here.
I am presenting here the FACT that the Chinese Communist Party makes laws to force their people to spy on the whole world. It is a very sad fact that China is a hopeless country. The only way out is to overthrow that illegal regime. For those Chinese already overseas, their only chance not to be treated as a spy or thief is to establish an overseas fugitive government.

Fake Rule of Law: A Story of the Real China
- In China, the government has the right to demolish your home by force by Wonderful World March 2019 A slogan says:
“Forced demolition is the right of government bestowed by law”. Published by Pingqiao District, Xinyang City, Henan Province |
This happened on January 20, 2019, Changping District, Beijing City. The video shows people resisting a forced demolition and fighting with policemen.

No government attacks human rights more consistently, comprehensively and systematically than the government of China. Just imagine if global norms become shaped by them.
‘Model to the World’? Hardly.
The 1982 Constitution of the People's Republic of China CHAPTER I, Article 10 reads:
Yes, you read it right, the Communist Party’s constitution says you have nothing; everything belongs to the ‘nation’. Isn’t that wonderful? And yes, it is the Chinese Communist Party’s constitution. The same constitution CHAPTER I Article 1 reads:
Sabotage - this means they throw you in jail if you dare to contradict them.
Given that constitution, you would think the Chinese people who have no guns would all be law-abiding citizens and would yield to whatever the government says and does. Most of the time you would be right but, sometimes, the people still fight back. [Editor’s Note - The number of mass protests in China involving more than 100 people steadily increased through the years, then the government stopped publishing the statistic.]
With the trade war with the U.S. adversely affecting the Chinese economy, we will see more and more people stand up against the robbers from the government.

The 1982 Constitution of the People's Republic of China CHAPTER I, Article 10 reads:
- Land in the cities is owned by the state. Land in the rural and suburban areas is owned by collectives except for those portions which belong to the state in accordance with the law; house sites and private plots of cropland and hilly land are also owned by collectives. The state may in the public interest take over land for its use in accordance with the law. No organization or individual may appropriate, buy, sell or lease land, or unlawfully transfer land in other ways.
